WHO MAY ENTER

• Any person may enter, with the exception of employees of Kea Software and their immediate families.

ENTRY CRITERIA

• Only ONE entry is allowed per individual.
• Coloring page used must be one of those designated for the competition.
• All coloring must be done using the Kea Coloring Book software.
• No additional image manipulation is permitted.
• All entries must use the designated entry form.

COST OF ENTRY

• None.

DURATION

• Competition Commences Monday 1st February 2010.
• Competition Closes Monday 5th April 2010.
• Winners announced Wednesday 7th April 2010.

PRIZES

• First prize = US$100 Amazon Gift Voucher.
• Second prize = US$60 Amazon Gift Voucher.
• Third prize = US$40 Amazon Gift Voucher.
• 5 runner up prizes = DinoPaint - Dinosaur Coloring Book (5 copies valued at US$9.95 each).
• All prizes are quoted in US dollars, but where appropriate will be converted to equivalent amounts appropriate to region of prize winners (e.g. Euro, Yen, GBP, AUD, ...).
• Total prize value is US$249.75 (or local equivalent).
• Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

WINNERS

• Competition Entries will be judged by Kea Software, and prizes awarded at its discretion.
• Judging will be finalized and winners announced on or before Wednesday 7th April 2010.
• Winners will be notified by email.
• Judges decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

ENTRANTS BOUND BY CONDITIONS

• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.

• Entry instructions as found on the website form part of these conditions.

OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES

• All entries become and remain the property of Kea Software, and may be displayed upon the Kea Coloring website.

PUBLICITY

• The winners consent to the use of their first name, age, and city of residence for promotional and marketing purposes.

USE OF EMAIL

• Entrants' email addresses will be used exclusively for the purposes of  the competition.
• All email addresses will be purged after completion of the competition.
