You can use your credit card or PayPal account to pay for the gift voucher. Purchases are handled securely through the PayPal payment system.
With a credit card you don't need a PayPal account, just enter your credit card details.
Once payment is completed you can then select the card you want to send, enter the name and email address of the recipient, and add a personal message. You can even schedule the gift to be sent on a specific date.
